Roasted Fries With Honey Mustard Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium baking potatoes (about 1 1/2 lb.), 3/4 c. mayonnaise, divided, 1 tbsp. garlic powder (not garlic salt), 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. dijon mustard or prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut potatoes lengthwise into four wedges.
Combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, garlic powder and salt; toss with potatoes, coating evenly.
(Ziploc bag works great and less mess.) Bake potatoes on greased baking sheet at 450Β° for 15 minutes.
Turn potatoes and bake an additional 15 minutes or until browned and crisp.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup mayonnaise, mustard and honey; stir well.
Serve as dipping sauce for hot potatoes.
This sauce is also good served with fried mushrooms.
