Roasted Lemon-Thyme Potatoes
Roasted Lemon-Thyme Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves and 5 or 6 small new potatoes, cut into fourths, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat oven to 450Β°.
Spray square 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix oil, lemon juice and thyme in medium bowl; toss with potatoes.
Place potatoes in pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Bake 20 minutes; turn potatoes. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and light brown.
