Salsa
Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 tomatoes, 12 jalapeño peppers, 7 onions, 1/4 c. salt and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic in food processor. (Remove skins from tomatoes; also remove seeds from peppers for milder salsa.)
Add sugar, salt and vinegar.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Put in jars.
Heat lids before putting on jars.
