Salsa
Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 cups chopped tomatoes peeled, 2 1/2 cups chopped onions, 3 1/2-4 diced green bell peppers, 4 jalepeno peppers diced and 1-2 long yellow peppers diced (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes.
Add 6 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed in water.
Continue cooking until desired thickness.
Will thicken more after cooled. (Can in hot water bath for 20 minutes).
