Sam Fye's Cheesecake
Sam Fye'S Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate (nestle toll house is best), 4 tbsp. butter, 2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (keebler is best), food process until fine, 2 lb. cream cheese, room temperature and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 250° and melt chocolate in saucepan.
Remove from oven, cover and let cool.
Raise oven temperature to 325°. Butter a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan.
Put pan in freezer until ready to use.
