This Sauerkraut Salad is a simple chilled mix of rinsed sauerkraut, celery, pepper, onion, sugar, and vegetable oil. A few hours in the refrigerator mellow the kraut and turn the dressing into a sweet-tangy coating for the crunchy vegetables.
