Sausage and Egg Casserole
Sausage And Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 tsp. paprika and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put half of cheese in greased 2 or 3-quart casserole.
Combine sausage, sour cream, dry mustard, paprika and salt.
Spread over grated cheese.
(This can be done a day ahead.)
Beat eggs and pour over sausage mixture.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes (until brown on edges and eggs are set).
Serves 10 to 12.
