Savory Bran Muffins
Savory Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. whole bran cereal, 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp. snipped chives and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together all-purpose flour, whole bran cereal, Parmesan cheese, snipped chives, baking powder, salt and Italian seasoning.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
In a small mixing bowl, combine egg, skim milk and cooking oil.
Add all at once to flour mixture.
Stir just until moistened (batter should be lumpy).
Spray 12 muffin cups with nonstick coating.
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for about 20 minutes or until golden.
Remove from pan; serve warm.
