Shrimp and Ham Jambalaya
Shrimp And Ham Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. In heavy skillet, melt 4 teaspoons butter over low heat and saute pepper, celery, onion and parsley until limp and golden brown.
Add tomatoes, garlic and bay leaf.
Stir constantly.
Add salt and Tabasco; cook until mixture begins to boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring until mixture thickens.
