Shrimp and Macaroni Casserole
Shrimp And Macaroni Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain.
In a greased 2-quart casserole, alternate 1 layer each of the cooked macaroni, shrimp and diced eggs.
Sprinkle cheese on top, then sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Top with a few large shrimp (if desired).
Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan over low heat; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually blend in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and smooth.
Pour over ingredients in casserole.
Bake uncovered in preheated 425Β° oven for 20 to 35 minutes.
