Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya
Shrimp And Sausage Jambalaya is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with c. chopped green peppers, . peeled raw shrimp, . sliced smoked sausage, c. chopped onion and c. chopped ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large kettle or Dutch oven, cook sausage, ham, onion, green peppers and garlic in oil until sausage is brown.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except shrimp, parsley and Tabasco sauce. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in shrimp.
Cook uncovered 5 to 8 minutes longer or until liquid is almost absorbed.
Garnish with parsley and serve with hot sauce, if desired.
