Shrimp Jambalaya
Shrimp Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. imperial margarine, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 (29 oz.) can whole tomatoes and 1 c. raw rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat.
Saute onion and pepper until onion is transparent.
Add tomatoes, rice, seasonings and water.
Cook 10 minutes over medium heat.
Cut shrimp in half lengthwise; add to skillet; mix well.
Cook covered, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Serves 4.
