Shrimp Jambalaya
Shrimp Jambalaya is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 slices bacon, 2/3 c. sliced celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1 can undiluted cream of tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut bacon into 1-inch lengths with scissors, then saute until done. Add celery, onion and pepper.
Cook until done (vegetables will be soft). Now add soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes, then add shrimp and continue simmering 20 minutes.
Season with salt and serve with rice.
Yields 4 to 5 servings.
