Shrimp Jambalaya
Shrimp Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. sliced celery, 2 c. diced green pepper, 2 medium onions, sliced thin, 4 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook celery, green peppers and onions in half the butter, until tender.
Add garlic and ham; cook 5 minutes longer.
Add remaining butter, shrimp, salt, hot pepper sauce, chili powder and sugar.
Cook, tossing often until shrimp are pink.
Add tomatoes and heat.
Serve over rice.
Makes 8 servings.
