Shrimp Stir-Fry
Shrimp Stir-Fry is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. dry sherry, 3 tbsp. ketchup and 3 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Devein shrimp; combine soy sauce, sherry, ketchup, sugar pepper.
Heat oil in wok or skillet.
Add garlic; stir-fry for 30 seconds; remove garlic.
Add ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds; add shrimp, stir-fry for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Add onion, celery, mushrooms, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.
Stir-fry 30 seconds; stir in soy sauce mixture.
Add pimento and pea pods; heat through.
