Skillet Enchiladas
Skillet Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 can mushroom soup, 1/3 c. milk and 1 can enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In skillet, brown beef and onion; drain off fat.
Stir in soup, sauce and milk.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes. In small skillet, dip tortillas in a little cooking oil until limp; drain.
Place the cheese on tortillas and roll up.
Place in skillet and cover.
Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with additional cheese; cover and cook until cheese melts.
This recipe will serve 6 people.
