Skillet Sandwiches
Skillet Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can corned beef, 1 c. grated swiss cheese, 1/2 c. salad dressing, 1/2 c. chopped pickles and 3/4 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix corned beef, Swiss cheese, salad dressing, pickle and onion together.
Mixture will be thick.
Spread evenly on 6 slices of bread; top with remaining 6 slices.
Heat oil in a skillet. Beat eggs lightly.
Stir in the milk.
Dip sandwiches in egg mixture.
Brown on each side 2 to 3 minutes.
Cut in half and serve.
