Smoked Oyster Roll
Smoked Oyster Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature), 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp. onion powder and garlic powder, m.s.g., salt and pepper to taste and 3 3/4 oz. can smoked oysters, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream the cheese with mayonnaise and seasonings.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Chop oysters.
Place strip of Saran Wrap on cookie sheet.
Anchor with Scotch tape.
Spread cheese mixture into a rectangle, approximately 9 x 12-inch and less than 1/4-inch thick.
Spread chopped oysters over cheese.
Sprinkle walnuts over oysters.
Place cookie sheet in refrigerator about 15 minutes. Beginning at narrow end, roll cheese, jelly roll fashion.
Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Serve with a variety of crackers.
