Smoked Salmon Log
Smoked Salmon Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can salmon, drained (discard all bones and skin), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. grated onion and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Remove skin and bones from salmon.
Flake the fish.
Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and flaked fish.
Mix thoroughly.
Place mixture on wax paper and shape into a log.
Chill for several hours.
Combine pecans and parsley. Roll salmon log in parsley-nut mixture.
Chill.
Serve with crackers.
Makes about 2 cups.
