Sour Cream Cheesecake
Sour Cream Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. shortbread cookie crumbs, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, 1 c. eagle brand sweetened milk and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine crumbs and butter.
Press firmly in bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Beat in eggs, then sour cream and last vanilla. Pour into pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Center will be slightly soft.
Cool, chill and top with cherry pie filling.
