Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 cups sifted flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter till soft, add sugar and cream until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix together flour, soda, baking powder and salt; add to first mixture.
Alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour half of batter into lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan. cover batter with half filling/topping mixture.
Add remaining batter and other half of filling.
