Sour Cream Noodle Bake
Sour Cream Noodle Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions.
Rinse and drain.
Brown meat in butter; add salt, pepper and garlic, then tomato sauce.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles.
In a 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat mixture, beginning with noodle mixture and ending with meat mixture.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for about 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
