Sour Cream Raisin Pie
Sour Cream Raisin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raisins, 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 3 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cover raisins with water; cook until plump and drain, but leave a small amount of liquid on them.
Beat egg yolks.
Add sugar, sour cream, cornstarch, salt and vanilla.
Add this to raisins and cook until thick.
Let cool.
Pour into baked pie crust.
Top with meringue and bake at 350Β° until meringue is brown.
Also good with Cool Whip instead of meringue.
