Soak chicken in buttermilk least 30 minutes.
In paper bag, put flour seasonings.
Add chicken, close bag and shake vigorously.
(Secret good browned fried chicken is to flour it twice.) Remove chicken to dry on waxed paper, then replace chicken in flour and shake again.
Use electric or iron skillet.
Chicken both sides in hot oil. Reduce heat and cook, uncovered, until done.
