Spanish Noodle Casserole
Spanish Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pkg. large noodles, 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 can tomatoes and 1 can whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook 1/2 large package noodles in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse with hot water.
Fry 1 pound hamburger and 1 medium onion (chopped) until brown and crumbly.
Add to noodles tomatoes, corn, black olives (pitted), garlic, salt and black pepper.
Add meat, onions and grated cheese.
Place mixture in a greased baking dish; cover with buttered crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 8 to 10.
