Spinach Noodle and Chicken Casserole
Spinach Noodle And Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 whole chicken breasts or 1 hen, 5 oz. spinach noodles, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. chopped onion and 1 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken; reserve broth.
Cut into bite-size pieces.
Cook spinach noodles in 1 1/2 pints of chicken broth.
Do not cook noodles too long.
(You may use more noodles if you wish.)
Saute the onion, green pepper and celery in margarine.
Add cheese, olives, water chestnuts, mushrooms and mushroom soup (undiluted). Mix well with all ingredients.
When ready to serve, heat to bubbly.
