Sri Lankan Chicken Curry
Sri Lankan Chicken Curry is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 skinless chicken thighs, 1 c. flour with salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 stick butter, 1 large onion, diced and 2 green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine lemon juice with curry powder, red pepper and ginger; set aside.
Melt butter in stock pot.
Add all onions and garlic to saute.
Add lemon juice-spice mixture.
Saute until onions are soft.
(At any point, you can add more curry powder or red pepper.)
