Steamed Herbed Potatoes
Steamed Herbed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium white potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced, 3 cloves garlic, crushed or minced, 1 tbsp. fresh minced parsley or more if you like, 1 tbsp. fresh minced thyme, basil or any other fresh herb of your choice and 3 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Layer potato slices and garlic in a steamer; steam over boiling water until potatoes are tender (perhaps 30 minutes or more; test for doneness).
In a large mixing bowl, cut up the margarine and put steamed potato slices on top.
