Stir-Fry
Stir-Fry is an easy dinner. Made with vegetables (fresh or frozen, such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, celery), 1/2 c. water, 1 tbsp. butter, 1/2 lb. shrimp, chicken or beef and 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt butter in a large frypan on medium heat.
Add meat and brown until well cooked.
Add vegetables; stir all together.
Add water and teriyaki sauce, stirring repeatedly.
Cover for 15 minutes.
Fork your vegetables to see if they're done.
Serves 4 to 6, depending on the quantity of meat and vegetables you add.
