Stir-Fry
Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. chicken or beef, carrots, diced, broccoli, diced, celery, diced and cauliflower, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Use as many vegetables as you need for the amount of people you need to serve.
Marinate beef overnight.
(Chicken only needs to be marinated 20 to 30 minutes.) Cook marinated meat until brown.
Place in baking dish and cook in slow 300Β° oven until tender.
Stir-fry vegetables in wok or large skillet, until tender.
Cook 2 cups rice in 4 cups of water.
Serve veggies and meat over rice.
Add soy sauce.
