Pour oil in wok and preheat on high for 3 minutes.
Place meat in hot oil.
Stir-fry.
Turn meat occasionally.
Add celery.

Add mushrooms and green peppers.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add remaining vegetable broth and soy sauce.
