Stir-Fry Peas
Stir-Fry Peas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) petit peas (frozen), 1 medium purple onion, diced, 4 or 5 mushrooms, sliced, 2 tbsp. pimientos and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute onion, pepper and mushrooms in margarine in a wok until barely tender.
Add the frozen peas, pimientos and soy sauce. Stir-fry until peas are thawed and just tender.
