Stir-Fry Shrimp With Linguine is an moderately easy dinner. Cover bottom of large skillet or wok with approximately 3 tablespoons olive oil.
Stir-fry the shrimp, mushrooms, bell pepper and garlic until shrimp are pink.
Add the cooked linguine, seasonings and capers.
Stir quickly together with Parmesan cheese just until the linguine is heated.
Serve immediately.
