Stir-Fry Veggies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 6 c. veggies (sliced yellow squash, zucchini, red, green or yellow pepper strips), 1 envelope good seasons italian salad dressing mix and 1/4 c. red wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat.
Add veggies; cook and stir until tender-crisp.
Sprinkle salad dressing mix over veggies; toss to coat well.
Stir in vinegar until well mixed.
