Strawberry Muffins
Strawberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. all-purpose flour and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream the butter.
Gradually add sugar and eggs.
Cream until light and fluffy.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Add lemon extract and gently fold in strawberries.
Spoon batter into well-greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 18 minutes.
Yields about 2 dozen.
