Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Stuffed Chicken Breasts is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with chicken breasts, c. white wine, c. chicken broth, c. sliced mushrooms and (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Debone chicken breasts and pound to flatten.
Mix the cream cheese, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice. Divide into 6 equal portions and place in center of chicken breasts. Roll breasts and place close together in baking dish. Combine wine and chicken broth.
Pour over breasts.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until done.
