Swedish Pancakes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine flour, sugar and salt.
Add eggs and milk; beat.
Let stand 2 hours; beat again.
Pour out of measuring cup onto buttered, small, nonstick frying pan.
Turn and fry until light brown.
Serve with powdered sugar, syrup or fruit.
