Sweet Potato Muffins

Cream butter; gradually beat in sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in sweet potatoes and milk.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; add to creamed mixture, stirring until just moistened. Stir in pecans.
Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
