Swiss Steak for Six
Swiss Steak For Six is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, pounded, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. each: salt and pepper, 3 tbsp. olive oil and 1/2 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Dredge meat in flour mixture; brown in oil.
Remove meat to a casserole.
Saute celery, onion and green pepper in the skillet from which the meat has been removed.
Make a gravy by adding flour, water and tomato juice to the vegetables.
Pour over meat; bake in a 375Β° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
