Tamale Casserole
Tamale Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1 (15 oz.) can tamales, cut in 1-inch chunks and 1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
When meat begins to turn color, add onion and green pepper.
Saute until meat is well browned.
Combine tamales, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, noodles, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and meat mixture in large 3-quart casserole.
Mix well.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
