Tex-Mex Chicken Enchiladas
Tex-Mex Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shredded, cooked chicken, 1 c. picante sauce, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed, 1/2 c. sliced green onions and 1/4 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine chicken, 1/4 cup picante sauce, cream cheese, onion and oregano in skillet.
Place over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir in 1/2 cream cheese.
Place chicken mixture in center of each tortilla.
Roll and place seam side down in lightly greased 12 x 7-inch baking dish. Spoon remaining 3/4 cup picante sauce over enchiladas. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
