Tex-Mex Enchiladas
Tex-Mex Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chili mix, 2 lb. ground beef, 2 1/3 c. cold water, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare chili as directed on package using ground beef, water and tomato sauce.
Place approximately 2 tablespoons chili on each tortilla; roll tightly.
Place seam side down in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Top with remaining chili.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Top with process cheese cubes and bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
