Three Week Cole Slaw
Three Week Cole Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. cabbage, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 2 onions, chopped, 2 c. sugar and 1 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine cabbage, pepper, onion and sugar.
Mix well.
Mix oil, vinegar, celery seed and salt.
Bring to a hard boil.
Pour over cabbage mixture.
Stir until well mixed.
Let marinate in refrigerator 3 days.
Flavor improves the longer it marinates. (Will keep in refrigerator a month.)
