Turkey Meatballs(Low-Fat)
Turkey Meatballs(Low-Fat) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean turkey, ground, 1/2 c. low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded, 3/4 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. chopped parsley and 1 egg or equivalent of egg substitute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Spray cooking spray evenly into a large frying pan.
Form mixture with fingers into medium sized balls and put into pan when hot.
Brown on one side.
Be careful not to burn them! Turn them over and add tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low heat until cooked through.
Serve with more sauce and pasta.
