Vanilla Ice Cream
Vanilla Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 3 1/2 c. sugar, 3 1/2 pt. whipping crem, dash of salt and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix eggs thoroughly.
Add sugar and mix until sugar is dissolved.
Add whipping cream and mix well with a dash of salt. Add vanilla and some milk, then pour into container and add enough milk to come to the marker, then mix some in container before freezing in an ice cream mixer.
Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
