Vanille Kipterl(German Christmas Cookies)
Vanille Kipterl(German Christmas Cookies) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 300 gr. flour, 125 gr. (1/4 lb.) sugar, 3 drops vanilla, 3 egg yolks and 125 gr. (1/4 lb.) finely ground almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put flour on board, in center of flour put sugar, vanilla and egg yolks.
Put almonds and butter (cut in small pieces) on top.
Knead until dough is very smooth.
Let dough rest for 30 to 40 minutes.
Form little crescents out of dough.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
While still hot, roll in powdered sugar.
