Veal Parmigiana
Veal Parmigiana is an moderately easy Italian dinner you can prepare in just 54 minutes. Dip veal in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in small amount of olive oil.
Place in baking dish.
Pour cooking sauce over veal. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
