Walnut Chicken Stir-Fry
Walnut Chicken Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 lb. skinned boneless chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces and cooked, 1 c. california walnuts, 3 tbsp. corn oil and 1 large garlic clove, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Marinate chicken 15 minutes in soy sauce.
In large skillet, toast walnuts in 1 teaspoon oil over low heat 15 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil, garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
Add green pepper and cook.
Add marinade, chicken and rice to the vegetable mixture and cook 5 minutes.
Add walnuts and serve.
