Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Make a "well" in center and mix in egg, melted butter, milk, yogurt and vanilla (may use vanilla yogurt and omit vanilla).
Grease muffin tins and fill 1/4 full with mixture.
Add 1 teaspoon preserves or 5 whole blueberries.
Top with remaining batter.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425Β°.
