Zesty Baked Chicken
Zesty Baked Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 broiler-fryer, cut up, salt and pepper, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 2 tsp. tarragon (optional) and 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Discard chicken skin; rub pieces with salt and pepper. Arrange in casserole dish.
Mix lemon juice, tarragon and bouillon.
Pour over chicken and turn.
Add mushrooms.
Let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour.
Bake in 350Β° oven for about 1 hour, turning often and basting with marinade.
Cook until chicken is tender and cooked through.
